Request Account & Data Deletion

Submit the form below or email totlog.support@viziondevelopments.co.za with the subject “Delete Account Request”. We’ll verify ownership and delete your account and associated content.

• What gets deleted: your account (Firebase Auth), app metadata (Firestore), and media objects stored in Cloudflare R2.
• What others lose: friends you’ve shared with will immediately lose access to the deleted content.
• Timing: once verified, deletion is processed as soon as reasonably practicable. Some logs may be retained for a limited period to meet legal or security obligations.
