1. Introduction

Welcome to TotLog. TotLog is a private baby milestone and memory tracking application. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Parents or legal guardians may create and manage accounts to record information about children in their care.

3. Use of the Service

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, photos, videos, and other media you upload.
  • You may not use TotLog for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or exploitative activities.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or bypass app security features.

4. Privacy & Data

TotLog uses Firebase Authentication to manage accounts, Firestore to store app metadata, and Cloudflare R2 to store media files (photos and videos). Your content is private and only accessible to you and the people you choose to share it with. By using TotLog, you consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Plans & General Billing

  • TotLog offers free and paid plans with different storage limits and features.
  • Paid plans bought inside the app are billed by the platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
  • We may verify your active plan or entitlement using third parties (for example RevenueCat) to make sure the plan you bought in the store matches what you see in the app.
  • Deleting your TotLog account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions. Cancellation is done in the store where you subscribed.

If you buy or start a subscription on Android via Google Play:

  • Payment is processed by Google Play using the account you are signed in with.
  • Subscriptions normally auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal time, according to Google Play terms.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
  • The price and billing period are shown in the app via Google Play before you confirm.

8. Storage & Fair Use

  • Plans include storage caps suitable for personal family use.
  • Excessive, abusive, or automated uploads that impair service stability may be limited.

9. Intellectual Property

The TotLog app, design, features, and branding are owned by TotLog / Vizion Developments and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant TotLog a limited license to store and display your content within the app for your use and for any people you share it with.

10. Account Termination & Deletion

You can initiate deletion of your account directly inside the app (Profile → Delete account). When you do this we remove your TotLog data from Firebase (Auth + Firestore) and we remove media objects in Cloudflare R2 that belong to your account. This is done to give you control over your data.

Important: deleting the account does not cancel active Apple App Store or Google Play Store subscriptions — those must be cancelled in the respective store settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TotLog and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss or unauthorized access.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Significant changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of TotLog after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
